1. Definitions and Interpretation

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

toke69 supports deposits via the following payment methods commonly used in Indonesia:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets / Mobile Money: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification for anti-money laundering purposes. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within seconds to minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing time. toke69 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees independently.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• You have met all applicable wagering requirements for any active bonuses (unless you choose to forfeit the bonus).
• Withdrawal requests must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

toke69 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. You agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and are your own property.
• You will not use the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other illegal financial activity.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to wager bonus funds.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or other low-risk betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds into cash with minimal risk.

5. Betting Rules and Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on the Platform are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once accepted by the system, except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming each wager. toke69 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes if we determine that:
